This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing Batchy, you agree to these terms.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Batchy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

EU and UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this statutory requirement.

If you consented to immediate delivery of the software at checkout (via LemonSqueezy), your statutory right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies regardless.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@batchyandfriends.com with your order number or the email address you used to purchase. We will process your request promptly.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via LemonSqueezy. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

5. License Deactivation

Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated. You must stop using the Software after receiving your refund. If you wish to use the Software again in the future, a new purchase is required.

6. After 30 Days

Refund requests received after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
